At COOGI, we stand by the craftsmanship of our iconic knitwear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with COOGI tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the exterior of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
